Here's a fun, super cheap deck from the Murakumo clan: I can make a few suggestions but what are you thinking at the moment? It goes without saying but the more support a clan has, the more cheap options it has. What clans are you looking at? Are you wanting to start out with a trial deck and add a few cards to strengthen it or are you happy to buy singles? I think most clans have a budget option but some are more competitive than others.
Pale Moon is on the cheaper side of things when it comes to meta decks but it might be a bit expensive if you're looking to ease yourself into the game again. If you're starting completely from scratch, there are a few options available to you. Definitely one of the cheaper ways to get yourself competitive but it's not very original and you'll find a lot of people running something very similar to that at the moment. If you stick with BT, grabbing the draw trigger PG and swapping out the grade 1 PG from the deck for something else is really all you need to do to have yourself a pretty strong and reasonably cost effective deck that will be able to hold it's own against most decks in its price range. No matter what clan you decide to go with, this should always be your highest priority when it comes to buying singles - it makes such a huge difference, it's like having 4 free sentinels.
Assuming you want to keep running that clan, your next step will be to buy 4 of the draw trigger perfect guards (Glittery Baby, Lene - ) as your highest priority.
Honestly, the Bermuda Triangle trial deck, assuming you mean the V-series one, is a very strong place to start.
